     On 11/4/2012 at 0126 hours, the Maryland State Police Cumberland Barrack responded to the 300 block of National Highway, regarding a subject breaking into vehicles.  Responding Trooper observed the subject inside a vehicle parked in front of 309 National Highway.  The subject immediately fled on foot as the Trooper went to make contact.  The subject ran through a small wooded area and towards Orchard field on Lane Ave.  The subject was last seen in the area of the Fed Ex building.

     The subject is described as a white male, possibly in his early 20’s.  He is approximately 6’0 ft, 150lbs, with a thin build.  He was wearing an unique brown and green Orioles (O’s) baseball hat, gray hoodie sweatshirt, dark colored jeans, and white sneakers.

     It is believed the subject is from the National Highway area or is very familiar with the area.  The Maryland State Police are encouraging anyone with information of the subject’s identity, to please contact the Cumberland Barrack.
