The Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency has announced revenue numbers for the state’s four casinos in the month of August. Combined, the statewide revenue totaled $71,015,560 for the gambling venues with Rocky Gap adding more revenue in August. Rocky Gap generated $4,010,846 from both slot machines and table games in the month. Statewide, the revenue deifferential of August 2012 with August 2013 is $22,369,905 or a 50.1 percent increase. Rocky Gap also is preparing for the implementation of a poker room with a demonstration scheduled for October 3rd from 1-5PM.
