WCBC received the following update from Mia Perlozzo Cross, Public Information Officer for Allegany County Public Schools:
On Monday, May 18, 2015, Cumberland City Police responded to Washington Middle School for a complaint of CDS. As a result, one juvenile was placed under arrest, and the investigation into this incident is ongoing.
