On Friday, Cumberland City Police served an Allegany County Circuit Court Grand Jury indictment on Dajaun Mikel Pendergast, 42, of Cumberland for possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute.
Pendergast was transported to the Allegany County Detention Center and held pending a bond review in Circuit Court.
