The Cumberland Economic Development Corporation will hold a public information meeting on Monday at 1 PM at City Hall.
One of the caveats is that there be no audio or video recording or streaming of the meeting. That raised the ire of local activist Marc Nelson, Junior.
Councilman Eugene Frazier disagreed, saying he was in favor of recording the proceedings, which prompted this exchange between Nelson, Frazier and City Solicitor Michael Cohen.
