Cumberland Police Chief Charlie Hinnant tells WCBC News that comments by his department’s union rep are off base. According to the Cumberland Times News, Gino Renne (RENN) told a city council candidate forum this week that the department has no confidence in the leadership of the city, including Chief Hinnant, who was contacted by WCBC’s Dave Norman.
