For the second time in the last week, and the third time this campaign, New Jersey Governor Chris Christie was "on-the-stump" with Larry Hogan. The chairman of the Republican Governor's Association appeared at a Hogan fundraiser at Michael's 8th Avenue in Glen Burnie, and then headed shook hands with diners at the Honey Bee Diner on Ritchie Highway. Christie also promised one more visit to Maryland on Sunday to campaign for Hogan. Hogan said that having Christie is a "tremendous boost" to a campaign, where one poll shows Hogan trailing Lt. Gov. Anthony Brown by 2-points. Christie said the Maryland gubanatorial race is viewed as a winnable seat for the GOP:
