The Cumberland Mayor and City Council announced Tuesday that a modified contract with the United Food and Commercial Works Local 1994 has been agreed too. That union represents, among other employee groups, the city police officers. The order to modify the collective bargaining agreement covering the period of July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2015 includes some changes that the union has finally agreed to.
