The Cumberland Mayor and City Council on Tuesday approved a new, four year contract for City Administrator Jeff Rhodes. Rhodes first joined the City of Cumberland in March of 1998 as Director of Community Development and was promoted to Director of Administrative Services in 2004. After serving as Acting City Administrator, Rhodes was appointed City Administrator in January of 2012. The new deal runs through June of 2021.
