The Cumberland Mayor and City Council this week took a step toward upgrading its emergency vehicle fleet with the approval of the purchase of a new 2014 ambulance for just over $205,000. The new Ford F450 4X4 ambulance will be obtained through FESCO Emergency Sales and will replace a 1996 model now being used.
