A motor vehicle crash at 3:25 Sunday morning sent two people to the hospital. Cumberland city police report that the head on crash took place on Industrial Boulevard between Wineow and Lamont Streets. Aldo Emanuel Vasquez, 22, of Brownsville, Texas, was arrested at the scene and charged with driving under the influence and later released. The driver of the second vehicle, Larry David McKenzie, 65, of Edgewater, Florida, and a passenger were transported to the hospital for treatment of injuries.
