As a result of some insurance issues at the Bishop Walsh location, the City of Cumberland will hold the annual July 4th fireworks show this evening beginning at approximately 9:30 PM from Constitution Park. Due to a modification in the shooting site, the public is advised that the Park will be closed for the day including the Park Pool and access will be restricted to only those with existing pavilion reservations.
