Although we don't know specifics about the deliberations, one area that could provide some savings is the employee benefit package. Mayor Brian Grim told us that presently, employees pay between 3% and 20% of healthcare costs, and most of the employees pay between 3% and 10%.
Dependents are included in the healthcare plans.
