At approximately 11:00 PM the Cumberland Police Department responded to the 200 block of Pear Street for the report of a domestic disturbance. Officers arrived and contacted the parties involved. During the investigation it was determined that Robert Dale Clay, age 44 of Cumberland, was in violation of a protective order. Clay was arrested and taken to Cumberland Police Department for processing. He was then taken to Allegany County District Court for an initial appearance and held on $10,000 bond at the Allegany County Detention Center.
