On Saturday, officers from the Cumberland Police Department responded to the 500 block of Columbia Ave for a report of a disturbance. When they arrived, officers contacted the parties on scene. Paul Thomas McCrory Jr, age 28 of Cumberland MD, was found to have an arrest warrant out of Pennsylvania. McCrory was wanted for Failing to Appear for a Probation Violation Hearing in Pennsylvania for an original charge of Theft. McCrory was arrested as a fugitive and is currently awaiting extradition at the Allegany County Detention Center.
