Officers from the Cumberland City Police Department served an Arrest Warrant and Criminal Summons on Brian Allen. The Criminal Summons stemmed from a July 5th incident where the victim filed for charges in District Court. The victim alleged that Allen stole his property from a residence in which they both resided. Charges were issued by District Court for Theft less than $1000. Allen was served with the Criminal Summons and released pending trial.
The Arrest Warrant stemmed from an incident where Allen was charged for failing to Furnish Required Identification at Bodily Injury/ Attended Property Accident. Charges were filed, and Allen Failed to Appear in District Court. The Arrest Warrant for Failing to Appear was served on Allen and he was taken to District Court for his Initial Appearance. Allen was released from District Court on his Own Recognizance. .
