On Saturday, Cumberland Police Department served an arrest warrant on Christopher Lee Rumsley.
The warrant was issued by District Court for an incident that took place on Friday at a Waverly Terrace residence where Rumsley is alleged to have assaulted another individual.
He was charged with Second Degree Assault and taken before the District Court Commissioner and was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center held without bond.
Christopher Lee Rumsley, age; 40, Cumberland, Maryland.
