A 57-year-old city man was jailed Friday after Cumberland Police served him with three arrest warrants and a criminal summons.Mario Alexander Caperna was charged with peace order/failure to comply, harassment and telephone misuse through the warrants and with failure to comply with court orders by summons, police said.
Caperna remained jailed Friday morning at the Allegany County Detention Center on a temporary commitment, pending a hearing in district court.
