An arrest warrant was served on William Foster Younger in connection with a July 26, 2017 incident that occurred at a Greene Street residence. At approximately 0200hrs officers responded to a call of a burglary at a private residence. During the investigation officers discovered that Younger entered the residence uninvited and assaulted the female victim. The female had injuries that did not require medical treatment. Officers were unable to locate Younger at the time of the incident and applied for charges. Younger was located later in the day and transported to Police Headquarters for processing. He was later transported to District Court for a hearing where he was released pending trial in District Court.

Charges: 3rd & 4th Degree Burglary, 2nd Degree Assault, and Disturbance of the Peace
