Cumberland has been named one of the best winter wonderlands in America by LeafFilter North, Inc. Cities across the United States were rated for their winter-specific activities, such as sports, festivals, and sightseeing opportunities. Other factors included year-round local attractions, restaurants, and accommodations.
The city ranked as one of the country’s best winter wonderlands in part because of its unusual geological features and winter sports offerings. LeafFilter urges travelers to skip the beach, and pack a parka for a cozy winter getaway.
