On Saturday, the Cumberland Police Department served criminal summonses on Tissa Imes and Jeremy Yetter.
The summonses were issued as a result of incidents that occurred in early January 2017. On January 9, 2017, the Cumberland Police Department responded to a Park Street business for a theft complaint.
The staff reported that the suspects stole merchandise from the store and later returned the items, receiving store gift cards for the items. After investigation, the suspects were identified as Imes and Yetter.
Charges were filed by the Cumberland Police Department and summonses were issued. Imes and Yetter were served and released pending trial.
