***Adult Arrest***
On March 15th, 2020, The Cumberland City Police arrested Joseph Louis Thompson Jr, age 35, of Rawlings MD. Thompson was arrested on five individual Arrest Warrants issued in October and November of 2019. Thompson had three District Court Warrants charging him with Obstructing and Hindering, and Driving on a Suspended License. Thompson was also charged with Failing to Appear in Circuit Court on 2 separate occasions. Thompson was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center, held without bond.
