Officers responded to a business on N. Lee St. for a report of three subjects trespassing.  The three subjects were living under a trailer on the business property.  Upon the officers arrival they observed three subjects sleeping under the trailer.  The subjects were contacted and identified as Rick Imes, Joseph Watts and Misty Ours.  They were told that they had to clean their mess up and leave.  Imes stood up and began to walk away without cleaning anything up.  He stopped turned around and yelled at the officer a profanity.  He was then placed under arrest.  The other two also refused to listen and were placed under arrest.  They were all transported to PH where they were charged on a Criminal Citation for Trespassing.  They were processed and then released pending trial.
