On 02/07/15 at 6:00pm officers with the Cumberland Police Dept responded to the area of Industrial Blvd at McDonalds in reference to a Destruction of Property complaint. Upon arrival officers contacted the victim who stated that they were traveling in their vehicle on Industrial Blvd when a white male subject threw a rock striking their vehicle causing damage to the front hood and bumper areas. Officers checked the area for the suspect with negative results. The suspect was described as a white male wearing a black in color Fedora style hat with a brown band and large feather. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Cumberland Police Dept at 301-777-1600.
