The Cumberland Police are investigating an incident where a dog was stolen from a residential yard in the 200 block of Virginia Ave. The theft occurred around 12:00 P.M. on August11th. The dog is described as Puggle Terrier, and is black and tan in color, wearing a blue collar and a gray collar.
