On Wednesday, February 27th, 2019 the Cumberland City Police arrested Malachi David Thornton, 21, of Cumberland MD. Thornton was arrested on a bench warrant for failing to appear in court on September 4th, 2018, for a previous charge of CDS Possession(Crack Cocaine). He was taken before the District Court Commissioner for an Initial Appearance where he was held on $5,000 bond.

On Wednesday, February 27th, 2019 the Cumberland City Police arrested Linsey A. McGregor, 35, of Cumberland MD. McGregor was arrested on a bench warrant for failing to obey an Order of the Court dated on May 28th, 2018. She was taken before the District Court Commissioner for an Initial Appearance where she was held on $3,000 bond.
