A traffic stop on I 68 West Saturday morning resulted in drug charges. Robert John Bamsey, 21, of Leesburg, Virginia, was issued criminal citations for possession of marijuana and CDS paraphernalia.
Cumberland city police stopped a vehicle for speeding on Greene Street Saturday morning. The officer noticed suspicious behavior and received consent to conduct a search. Jessica Lorraine Moyer, 23, of Artemas, PA, was issued two criminal citations for possession of CDS paraphernalia.
