City Police Make Trespassing Arrest in Rolling Mill Vacant

On Wednesday morning at approximately 7:31 AM Cumberland Police responded to a residence in the 200 block of Cecelia Street for a trespassing complaint.  Contact was made with city of Cumberland workers who requested police check the city owned house for trespassers.  The house is scheduled for demolition.  The house was clearly marked as a no trespassing area.  Matthew Leon Eastman was located inside the residence and arrested.  He was issued a criminal citation for Trespassing on Private Property and released pending trial in District Court.

Matthew Leon Eastman, age:  42, Barton, MD

Charges:  Trespassing on Private Property
