On Saturday the Cumberland city police responded to the 100 block of Humbird Street in South Cumberland in reference to a violation of a protective order. Nicholas Arbogast, 25, of Cumberland, was taken for an initial appearance at District Court where he was ordered held on $5,000 bail.
The Cumberland City Police served an arrest warrant Saturday on Roy Myers, Jr., 35, of Cumberland. Myers was wanted for violating probation on an original charge of driving without a license.
