On Friday night Cumberland City Police responded to the parking lot of Rose’s Department Store downtown for a reported disturbance. While investigating the disturbance a man began yelling profanities and refused to obey police orders. Arrested was Charles Robert Bauman II, age 42, of Cumberland. He was charged with failure to obey a lawful order.
On Saturday city police responded to 400 Arch Street for a subject causing a disturbance. A man was reported yelling and cursing at neighbors. Arrested was 45 year old Kelly Brian Swick of Cumberland. He was charged with disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace.
