City Police Respond to Disturbance; Make Arrest

At approximately 1:01 a.m. officers were dispatched to an Arch Street residence for a disturbance.  While in route officers were advised that a male subject caused a disturbance in front of the residence before throwing a brick at a vehicle parked on the street.  The male subject later identified as John Roland Dillsworth had already caused several disturbances at this same address within the hour prior to this incident.  Officers spoke with the victim and witnesses before locating Dillsworth in an alley near the residence.  Dillsworth was taken into custody without incident.  He was later taken before a District Court Commissioner where he was released pending trial in District Court.

Charges: Destruction of Property, Fail to Obey a Lawful Order, Disorderly Conduct, Disturbance of the Public Peace
