On Wednesday, officers with the Cumberland Police Dept responded to a residence located in the 400blk of Henderson Ave in reference to a theft complaint. Upon arrival Officers contacted the complainant who advised that they were helping a subject carry groceries into their home when an unknown black male subject walked by the vehicle. Upon the victim returning to their vehicle they observed that a bag containing currency was missing from the vehicle. The suspect was unable to be located and there are no further leads at this time.
