Bench Warrant
On Wednesday, September 13th, 2017, the Cumberland Police Department served an arrest warrant on Cherokee Dawn Logsdon for failing to appear in District Court on September 12th, 2017 on a theft charge. She was taken before the District Court Commissioner who remanded Logsdon to the Allegany County Detention Center held on a $500 bond.

On September 13th, 2017, the Cumberland City Police Department served an arrest warrant on Robin A. Beckwith for violation a protective/peace order on September 10th, 2017. She was taken before the District Court Commissioner and released on her own personal recognizance pending trial.

VOP Warrant
On September 13th, 2017 the Cumberland City Police served an arrest warrant on Michael Anthony Butler Jr. for violation of probation. The warrant was issued on July 31, 2017 for failure to abide by supervised probation. He was taken before the District Court Commission and then remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center held on a $5,000 bond.

Arrest Warrant
On Wednesday, September 13th, 2017 the Cumberland City Police Department served an arrest warrant on Boston Andrew Butcher. The warrant was issued when an application was made before District Court alleging Butcher assaulted his girlfriend whom he resides with back on September 9th, 2017. He was taken before the District Court Commissioner and released on his own personal recognizance pending trial.

Disorderly Arrest
On September 13th, 2017 the Cumberland City Police Department responded to row 13 at Jane Frazier Village for a disturbance. When officers arrived, they observed several individuals involved in a verbal dispute. Officers identified one of the individuals as James David Hubbard of Cumberland. Hubbard was arrest by officer for his conduct while in the presence of officers. He was later cited and released for disorderly conduct.
