On Wednesday, August 22nd, 2018 the Cumberland Police Department served a fugitive warrant on Anthony Robert Combs. The warrant was issued by Mineral County, West Virginia court for operation of a vehicle without registration, driving on a suspended license, speeding, and insurance violations. He was taken before the Allegany County District Court Commissioner and remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center held without bond.
Anthony Robert Combs, age; 42, Cumberland, Maryland.
