With just days remaining until the 4th of July, Cumberland residents are busy planning their new venue to watch fireworks. The city has announced that this year the fireworks will be launched from Bishop Walsh School on Haystack Mountain. The annual Potomac Concert Band performance at Constitution Park will be at 7 pm this Thursday.
