Cumberland City Administrator Jeff Rhodes says its true that the city won’t be participating in the county organized meetings- the city will be attending the PACE reception and has scheduled its own meetings with MDE officials. Rhodes said last year’s joint meetings in Annapolis were not productive- thus the decision to schedule a separate Cumberland/State meeting:
