On Tuesday, a criminal summons was served on Megan Lee Mallery, Age 32, of Cumberland MD.
The summons was in reference to an incident that occurred on December 22nd, 2019. During this incident, The Cumberland City Police responded to a residence in the 200 block of Carroll St for the report of three small children that had been left unattended. The children were located and confirmed to have no supervision at that time. Contact was then made with Mallery who then returned to the home.
As a result Mallery was charged with three counts of leaving a child unattended. Mallery was served the summons and released, pending trial in District Court.
