On Saturday, the Cumberland Police Department served a criminal summons on Demi Haller. The summons was issued in connection with a traffic stop that was conducted on September 15, 2017 by a Cumberland City police officer. At approximately 8:25 PM, an officer stopped a vehicle on Frederick Street. A K-9 was utilized and a search of the vehicle was conducted. The search revealed that Haller was in possession of the controlled dangerous substance, Alprazolam, without a prescription. The officer filed charges against Haller at the District Court and a summons was issued. Haller was released after being served.
