On Saturday, the Cumberland Police responded to Utah Avenue for a disturbance.
When officers arrived on the scene they found that there was an assault victim. An investigation discovered that Nakota Durham, age 28 of Cumberland, had became upset with the victim. The argument then became physical and Durham assaulted the victim.
Durham was arrested and charged with second degree assault. Durham was later provided her Initial Appearance in District Court and held without bond.
