Cumberland city police responded to a robbery at a Maryland Avenue business Saturday afternoon at 5:25. Police located the suspect in the area of Kingsley Place. Mikki Kondilas, 21, of Cumberland, was arrested and charged with robbery, disorderly conduct, and attempted theft. She is also wanted in Harford County. Kondilas was held on $100,000 bond.
