Cumberland City Police Department Saturday served an arrest warrant on Ashley Noel Twigg.
Prior to the arrest, Twigg provided officers with a false name. Officers learned of Twigg’s deception and she was placed under arrest without incident.
The arrest warrant charged Twigg for failing to appear in court for failing to send her child to school.
Twigg was taken before a District Court Commissioner and remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center on a combined $2,000.00 bond.
