On December 21, 2016 at approximately 11:09 PM the Cumberland Police responded to a business in the 700 block of Park Street for a shoplifting complaint. Upon arrival police spoke with employees of the business who witnessed Kerri Anne Bohrer steal multiple items and hide them on her person. Numerous items were located on Bohrer and she was placed under arrest for the theft. She was taken to the Cumberland Police Department where she was issued a criminal citation for Theft Under $100 and released pending trial in District Court.
