According to Allegany County Commissioner Bill Valentine, the coal tax credit is safe for another year. Valentine was a guest on the Dave Norman Show early Friday, commenting on the perennial bill that is introduced to remove the tax credit, and thanks to hard work by to local government officials, the credit is safe.
