Commissioners Approve Earned Leave Resolution For County Employees

The Allegany County Commissioners, in an effort to reduce an estimated $4.2 million annual liability pertaining to earned leave by county employees, approved a resolution which adopts a new grade allocation table, and provides earned leave options for employees.  County Administrator David Eberly said the county has the task of attempting to reduce pension, health insurance and earned leave costs- and this resolution is just one step.
