A new economic development plan will be presented to the Allegany County Commissioners today for consideration. Matthew Diaz, the director of economic and community development, will present the plan during the weekly public meeting. Economic development in the county has been a point of controversy in recent months following comments by Allegany County Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Stu Czapski.
