The Allegany County Commissioners this afternoon will conduct the second of three public hearings on the proposed FY 2017 budget- and also receive recommendations on water and sewer rates for next year. In addition the commissioners will hear a presentation on the five year capital improvement plan, which is highlighted by the new Allegany High School.
