District 1B Delegate Kevin Kelly has written Cumberland Mayor Brian Grim concerning the proposed Bike Lane on Frederick Street, asking for a traffic count and referencing a petition that includes 213 signatures opposed to the project.

City engineer John DiFonzo said that there is no rule against kids using the proposed bike lane, and that parents would have to use their influence to limit the access.
