The Mayor and City Council of Cumberland would like to advise citizens that the opening of the Constitution Park Pool remains pending at this time. Work has been completed on the main pool and bath house and staff is working cooperatively with County and State officials to finalize the necessary inspection and permitting processes that will allow the pool to be open. The City will provide updates through the media and the City’s website as to the status of the opening. Work on the baby pool has not yet been fully completed, and the baby pool will remain closed through the weekend.
