Upgrades to the Constitution Park swimming pool will begin as soon as next month- with the goal being to avoid any necessary delays for next year’s swim season. On Tuesday the Cumberland Mayor and City Council approved two proposals from contractors that will see the PVC membrane replaced and two new drain boxes installed by Reno Sys Corporation in the amount of $148,000.
