During the Cumberland City Council Candidates’ Forum Monday night on WCBC, each candidate was asked if elected in November, where would their priority lie: With the city employee or the taxpayer? Nicole Wagoner restated that her responsibility is with the city taxpayer.
David Caporale commented that without the taxpayer the city works are not possible and restructuring the fire department billing will save the city money.
John Cline said that his responsibility is first with the taxpayer but reminded that safety services are second priority
